Meet the Bulldog Renovations Team

Co-Founders, Chairmen
Flip and Dani Lynn Robison

Flip & Dani Lynn Robison started in real estate in 2008 as Realtors and quickly realized that real estate investing was where they needed to be. They quickly transitioned and over a decade later, they have bought and sold over 1000 properties. Today they serve as the Co-Founders and Chairmen of the Freedom Real Estate Group Family of Companies based out of Centerville, Ohio with over 40 team members and still growing. Dani Lynn is also an esteemed Forbes Real Estate Council member with numerous published articles and expert panel features. Together, they are also members of several mastermind and investment groups and partnered with national and international investor organizations. They have also been featured at speaking events around the country and numerous podcasts.
Fun Facts:
Flip & Dani have an interesting history of both going to college in Florida, both played trumpet professionally at Walt Disney World in Florida and on Carnival Cruise Lines without ever knowing each other. It wasn’t until a hurricane hit and caused both of their cruise ships to dock in Nassau Bahamas where they met for the very first time. Although they enjoyed 10+ years of life on cruise ships, they are happy to be land based now and the proud furry parents to two feisty Bulldogs named Spartacus and Rosie and one Golden Retriever named Bailey.

President, Chief Executive Officer
Aaron Davis

Aaron began as a consultant before joining as the CEO of Bulldog Renovations. He has led high-performance teams in sales, software services and recruiting in addition to being an active real estate investor himself. Aaron holds an MBA from Wright State University, is a Certified Scrum Master, and a Senior Professional of Human Resources. He was compelled by the high character culture and the full lifecycle real estate investment model of the FREG family of companies.
Aaron is married with four kids. He enjoys disk golf, canoeing, coaching soccer, and traveling in his free time.

Partner, Chief Operations Officer
Tina Howard

Tina is responsible for many of our core operational components. With her years of real estate experience, she can work nearly every facet of a real estate deal and brings incredible value to every role she steps into. Tina enjoys working with Freedom Real Estate Group because of her passion for helping people achieve their financial goals.

Tina grew up in Newport News, Virginia. She married an active service member and has made several military moves since then, 5 states and counting! Georgia, Texas, Alaska, Washington, and Alabama. In her free time, you can find her and hubby outside hiking in the woods or along the water banks!

Rehab Project Manager
Steve Maloney

Steve is our project manager and also contributes with his quality assurance inspections at the end of the rehab life cycle. Steve is a licensed home inspector who prides himself with fifteen+ years of home construction and remodeling experience. Steve graduated from Miami University of Ohio with a BS in Education.

He enjoys coaching and playing basketball. He attended Capital University with a full basketball scholarship during his undergraduate education. Steve volunteered as a youth coach for over 10 years with one of his teams making it to Nationals. Steve and his wife, Francheska, have been together over 20 years. They share two children who are the apple of his eye. He has inherited his wife’s Italian culture and enjoys making homemade tomato sauce and wine.

Project Manager Assistant
Bill Stewart

Bill is our Rehab Project Manager. He learned about the position from Steve Maloney, our Project Manager and started just shortly after. A few of his responsibilities are to complete quality assurance inspections, create scopes of work, conducting regular inspections for properties while completing daily property walks for updates, and much more.
When Bill is not working he enjoys hanging out with his family, walking their 3 dogs, going and fishing. Bill is always on the move, as a matter of fact., his favorite quote is “If you rest you will rust”.

Rehab Coordinator
Jennifer Ditmer

Jennifer is our Rehab Coordinator and works closely with the Partner/Rehab Manager and Operations Supervisor. All her previous jobs and volunteer work have given her the organization, communication, and multi-tasking skills needed to take on this role. Jennifer keeps track of who is doing the work on several projects in various stages of rehab — from demo to completion. In her past life, she was a TV news producer, an elementary school librarian and a gymnastics coach.

Jennifer was born and raised in Chicago and graduated from Miami of Ohio. This is her third time living in the Buckeye state. She has experienced all four U.S. time zones during her time in North Carolina, Northern California, Minnesota, Colorado and Arizona. She enjoys renovating her own houses, which sparked her interest in the construction business. Jennifer has a daughter away at college, and two dogs — Chandler and Phoebe — at home. When she is not working for Bulldog, she likes to cook and read, but her favorite hobby is judging gymnastics competitions.

Rehab Coordinator Assistant
Moriah Dildine

Moriah is our Rehab Coordinator Assistant to Jennifer. She has a variety of responsibilities including writing punch lists, product research, keeping inventory, cataloging photos, and ensuring that renovations run smoothly!
On the weekends and in her free time, Moriah attends her college classes to get her degree. She plays for Wright State University’s Ultimate Frisbee Team called Air Strike, and enjoys having company over to host a small group with her housemates in their home.

Rehab Assistant
Sherry Tandingan

Sherry assists with day to day tasks such as tracking our rehab trackers, contracts, maintenance and more! She’s a graduate of Polytechnic University of the Philippines with a degree in Broadcast Communication. Driven by her passion and motivation to reach her goals, she works with integrity, practicing values and culture of the company.

She’s fond of dogs and cats. Sherry also finds it very calming and relaxing to be at the beach and listening to her favorite music.

Director of Sales
Mark Woodring

Mark is a licensed Realtor for Independence Realty Group. He has been a successful Realtor for years before joining the group. Mark has owned several businesses including a health club and restaurant. He has many years in sales with a passion for helping people make informed decisions. Mark will be helping our clients by promoting some of his core values: Honesty, Integrity, and Passion.

Mark grew up in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Like most kids from PA, he went to Penn State University. He spent several years in the Northern California Bay Area and finally ended up here in Ohio. Mark has lived in Ohio for over 12 years where he met his wife Natalie. They have two boys and a girl (Jameson, Liam, and Jordan) and a very spoiled golden retriever Sheamus. In his downtime, Mark enjoys watching sports, cooking, and hitting the links when he can.

Executive Administrative Assistant
Betty Mims

Betty is the head chief in charge of keeping our office running! She’s the first person to greet you at the door, answer your calls, and so much more! Betty has worked in the real estate industry for over 2 years and she loves working with a team and clients who appreciate her many skills! We like to thank her for being so awesome by feeding her obsession with Snoopy items to fill her office! 🙂

Betty grew up in Chatham, VA, and moved to Ohio in 2011. She still has that southern style that fits perfectly with her personality! In her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband Wesley and their fur babies!

Associate Accountant, HR Coordinator
Cassie Poirer

Cassie is our Financials Assistant. She is in charge of keeping track of all financials and assisting Randy with keeping our accounting clean. She is currently going to college to obtain her Associate’s Degree in Accounting and will continue on to get her Bachelor’s. Fun fact, she was originally hired as Dani’s Executive Assistant but was moved to financials after completing a consolidated financial statement that was nearly perfect.

Cassie was born and raised in Ohio. When she was 19, she joined the Marine Corps and lived in Jacksonville, NC for 6 years before moving back to her home town. She has two beautiful children, Alexis and Colton. In her spare time she loves working out, painting, and going to the range.

Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Caitlyn Hummer

Caitlyn is our Marketing and Communications Coordinator. Although she was born and raised in Ohio, she graduated from Southern New Hampshire University in 2019. Additionally, she also comes from a family who owned their owned construction company for several years in the Dayton area, providing her with experience and knowledge.

Caitlyn lives in Ohio with her significant other Cole and their American Bulldog, Ella. In her free time, she enjoys listening to and finding new music, boating, shopping and golfing.

Marketing Assistant
Lauren Atienza

Lauren is our Marketing Assistant to Caitlyn. She graduated from Cedarville University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing in May of 2021. Being from a military family, she has lived in many parts the country including Michigan, California, and Florida. She has also lived in Illinois, Indiana, and now Dayton, Ohio.

In her free time, she enjoys finding new shows to binge, going to museums and antique stores, thrift shopping, and enjoying the outdoors when the weather is nice.
